At Bharat Bijlee, we believe in fostering a robust learning culture. We have a state-of-the-art training facility at our Airoli location called Sanskar. Our customized learning solutions cater to our management staff across India.

A yearly training calendar is published where participants attend in-house workshops/seminars or get sponsored to external workshops. We encourage individuals to nominate themselves for workshops published in the training calendar. We encourage a continuous learning culture through our programme called ‘Study Circle’.

Capability development is at the cornerstone of our Business Excellence philosophy. In pursuit of this, we have partnered with some of the best Learning institutes to conduct workshops/seminars. We strongly believe in empowering our internal talent and utilizing their expertise for functional learning programs.

With the objective of capability building across the organization, our strategy is to enhance the skills of our senior management as well as focus on the GEM program (Grooming Emerging Managers) via succession planning.
