The Pump is submerged under water which results in the following benefits:

	Performance remains unaffected even if there are variations in the suction head.
	Reduction in civil works as no foundation and pump house required. Pump rests at the bottom of an open well / ground tank

Salient features:

	High grade engineering plastic components are used, which resists corrosion and abstraction. The smooth finish of these plastic components results in high operating efficiency

Pump Features:

	Diffuser with free flow vanes reduces friction and minimises resistance to water passage and thus increases the efficiency of the pump
	Floating impeller provides larger thrust bearing life by reducing down thrust on motor bearing
	The Noryl material of the diffuser and impeller resists abrasive well conditions. All these factors add more years to the life of the pump
	Non return valve is used to protect the pump components from downward hydraulic thrust during switch off
	Sand stinger prevents sand from entering the suction sleeve and thus minimises wear out even in sandy well conditions
	Stainless steel shaft is roll formed for increased strength and uniform load distribution
	The tough polished stainless steel pump shell resists corrosion and serves as permanent housing for the noryl pump staging

Motor Features (Water filled):

	Fully re-windable stator with special PVC insulated winding wire with overhang and for better heat dissipation
	The use of unique stress free shaft minimises rotor deflection, resulting in longer life. Copper rotor offers high electrical conducting for smoother and more efficient operation
	The thrust bearing assembly absorbs axial thrust under all adverse conditions
	Bearing bushes are made from lead bronze grade LTB - 2 as per IS 319

Motor Features (Oil filled):

	Motor are simple in construction and maintenance in case of rewinding.
	High efficiency, comparatively low power consumption.
	Can run at extremely low voltages.
	Chances of burning of motor is less as thermal overload protector is provided.
	Ball bearings are used due to which mechanical losses are negligible.
