Field Oriented Control
High speed stability, repeatability and accuracy with
reproducible torque are requirements of today's control.
KEB have developed algorithms which help build virtual
rotor position within the control software without feedback
of motor shaft.
The KEB F5 SCL product is suitable for synchronous machines
where permanent magnet motor advantages can be gained
without need for encoder feedback from motor.
The KEB F5 ASCL product is to be used for asynchronous machines
for high end tasks without encoder feedback from motor.
Available power range 0.75 kW...900 kW in the voltage
classes 3ph. 230 V; 3ph. 400 V, 3ph. 690 V Order code:

Servo Control

Easy operation with the CP basic menu comprising only 24 parameters for the essential adjustments of ramp, speed, torque, regulator setting P- and I-part and conditions for outputs and jog-speed.
The display of status, actual speed and motor current gives clear information.

Regenerative Drive R6
The kinetic energy of electric drives can be a valuable while it is slowing. The energy can be recovered back to mains supply thus proving as energy saving.
Regenerative loads are becoming more common due to increased usage of high efficiency AC-drives and servo drives..
These same inverters and servo controllers offer the possibility of converting the kinetic energy of the mechanical system into stored energy in the DC ciruit. Normally this excess energy is dissipated in a breaking resistor as heat. However, in combination with regenerative unt, it is possible to feed back the energy into the main line power supply.
This is particularly useful in all applications where prolonged or continuous downward motion occurs or heat dissipation to the surrounding environment is not allowed .

Programmable 4 or 8 Axis Controller C5
An increasing need has been felt for providing control and communication functions in a high performance drive system environment.
For example, crane bridge control with moving gear, hoisting gear and grabs, or machine control with take off and take up axes with tension regulation; all require a component in the integrated solution which can achieve these functions and communicate at high speed with the drive downstream and upstream to the PLC.

Programmable Multi Axis Controller C6
KEB COMBICONTROL C6 is the new line of motion control solution, focused to high dynamic drive oriented applications.
For example, wire drawing machine or bar mill with multi stand configuration needs precision in tension regulation; all require a component in the integrated solution which can achieve these functions and communicate at high speed with the drive downstream and upstream to the PLC.
KEB provides the C6 controller which completely fulfils this need. Based on the integrated EtherCAT master protocol the KEB Combicontrol C6 offers high speed serial communication for multi axis operation with inverter drives or servo drives. C6 also offers variety of Digital as well as Analog I/O’s connected on the fast EtherCAT serial bus for faster data acquisition and control.

DC Drives 2Q and 4Q Sprint PL/Plx
Bharat Bijlee provides 4Q PLX and 2Q PL DC Drives from Sprint.
The 4Q PLX can motor and brake in forward and reverse direction. While braking it can regenerate energy into the mains supply.
All models include 40 character alpha numeric back lit display, full set of center winding blocks and field weakener for extended speed range.
Available in both 2Q and 4Q versions the range comprises 5 very compact chassis sizes with models rated from 12 to 2250 Amps. It has built in semi controlled field up to 64A.
